01About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Quantix Security Labs website. “Quantix”, “we” and “us” mean the operator of this website. By using the website you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, please do not use it.
02What the website provides
The website describes the services, methodology and research of Quantix Security Labs and provides security intelligence tools. It contains two kinds of material:
- Connected results: token scans, protocol analytics, address reads, contract monitoring and contract analysis, built from public blockchain data and third-party providers at the time shown with each result.
- Quantix Protocol Research: the protocol profiles, research assessments and their documents, scores, recorded investigations, forensic case files, case studies and researcher programmes. This is research material prepared by Quantix researchers on protocol designs modelled on common architectures. It is not a record of client engagements, and the protocols, organisations and people it names are not real-world entities.
Technical content (vulnerability classes, standards, EIPs, tooling and mitigations) is real and referenced to its official sources. Nothing on the website is an offer to provide services; any engagement would be governed only by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
03No professional, financial or investment advice
Content on the website is general information. It is not security advice for your system, and it is not financial, investment, legal, tax or compliance advice.
Scores, grades, risk tiers and assessment results shown on the website are not ratings of any real project or asset, not credit or investment ratings, and not a recommendation to use, buy, sell or hold anything.
04Tools on the website
The website includes interactive tools, such as the Risk Index calculator, the Merkle proof verifier, the Token Scanner, Address Intelligence, the Transaction Graph, the Contract Analyzer, CSV and JSON exports and generated PDF documents. They are provided for information and evaluation.
- Check any result independently before relying on it, and never use one as the only basis for a transaction or security decision.
- Results from Quantix Protocol Research are archived analyses shown with the date they were computed; they are not reads of live systems.
- Where a tool reads public blockchain data or third-party security signals, the result reflects what the providers returned at that moment, and the tool shows which providers answered.
- The Contract Analyzer runs automated static analysis. Its findings are tool output that needs expert review; it is not a manual or independent audit.
- Only submit source code, repositories and addresses you are entitled to share.
05Intellectual property
The Quantix name, logo and visual identity, and the text, graphics, datasets and code of the website, belong to the operator or its licensors. You may read the website, link to it, and quote reasonable excerpts with attribution and a link to the source. Any other reproduction or redistribution requires written permission.
Code examples in research articles may be copied and adapted for learning, testing and building your own systems, at your own risk. They are simplified to explain a technique and are not production code.
06Standards and third-party names
ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2 and the Trust Services Criteria, OWASP, the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, CWE, CVSS and the Ethereum Improvement Proposals belong to their respective owners. The website describes how assessments map to or align with them. That is not an endorsement by those owners, and it is not a certification, attestation or accreditation of Quantix or of anything shown on the website.
07Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- disrupt, overload or try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its server code or its providers;
- submit false, misleading or malicious content through the forms, or use them to send unsolicited messages;
- scrape or harvest content in a way that places unreasonable load on the website;
- present Quantix Protocol Research material as a statement about a real organisation, project or person;
- misrepresent an affiliation with Quantix, or use its name or logo to suggest an assessment, endorsement or partnership.
08Security research on this website
Good-faith security research on the website is welcome when it follows the Responsible Disclosure Policy. Research within that policy is not a breach of these terms.
09Information you submit
You are responsible for what you submit and confirm that you are entitled to share it. Do not submit private keys, seed phrases, credentials, or confidential information belonging to others. How submissions are handled is described in the Privacy Policy. A submission does not create a contract or an obligation to provide services.
10Links to other websites
The website links to standards bodies, documentation and other third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
11Availability and changes to the website
The website, its content and its tools may change, be suspended or be withdrawn at any time. We do not promise that the website will be available at any particular time or free of errors.
12Disclaimer of warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website, its content and its tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The Security Disclaimer explains the specific limits of security assessments and of Quantix Protocol Research material.
13Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of digital assets, data, profit or opportunity, arising from use of or reliance on the website, its content or its tools.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, or affects rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived by contract.
14Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by applicable law, and any dispute about them or about the website is subject to the courts that have jurisdiction under that law. Before starting any formal proceedings, please contact us so that we can try to resolve the matter informally.
15Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, which applies from that date.
